Jeroen and Yana Kruijd are the managers of 2 small companies specialized in the rental of holiday homes, one in Lanzarote and the other one in the Netherlands (Het Spoel). We’re huge fans of Lanzarote and it’s people and love to be on the boulevard, and our dream is to be here as much as possible.

Property info

El Girasol de Yana (Yana’s Sunflower) refers to Yana’s native soil, Ukraine, with a wink to Jeroen’s using Van Gogh’s art as an inspiration for the decorations inside. This makes the place a special one for us. We are delighted to see many of our guests appreciating the quietness and location of the apartment. It has a small patio but a very large common sundeck with sun beds and a pool with a view over the boulevard, beach and even towards Fuerteventura.

Neighborhood info

Your apartment is on top of the main boulevard of Lanzarote in a quiet complex on the Avenida de las Playas, just steps away from the Playa Grande. The boulevard features many shops and restaurants of all kinds and is a popular place to sit and stroll. The Playa Grande, is a large beach indeed, with ample space to sunbathe or swim in the bluest waters. Puerto del Carmen is 15 minutes from the airport in Arrecife and all main destinations can be reached quickly. Car rentals and bus stops are close by, though parking on the boulevard may be challinging (we park 4 blocks up).
