Its privileged location in the Natural Park overlooking Ibiza, its proximity to the center of Jávea (2 km), Denia (6 km). Golf course (7 km). Indoor parking for 10 cars. Rustic decoration with wooden beams, handmade clay flooring. Its facilities with two large rooms: a 40 m2 dining room with a pellet stove, connected to the kitchen with a bar counter, with a capacity for 20 people, a dance area with led lights with audiorhythmic and another 60-meter lounge with cassette-fireplace for your winter nights, the kitchen with a central island and a bar counter, with 2 fridges and a wine fridge, gas hob, 90 cm oven. teppanyaki plate, fully equipped. Wi fi throughout the villa including the pool. The rooms have a safe, state-of-the-art thermal / acoustic insulation and air conditioning, led lights and views of the Montgó. The garden surrounding the entire villa with native plants and rose bushes endows the villa with unforgettable color and smells. Different terraces for winter or summer. Watch the sunrise with views of Ibiza or the stars at night.

My name is Miguel, I am an economist and I have worked in different economic areas such as textiles, real estate, catering, agriculture, health. My professional arrival in the lodging and restaurant community was the result of chance. 22 years ago I acquired this house that I have been sharing with family and friends, for many years it was a place of rest and enjoyment for everyone. Living in a paradise like Jávea allows you to enjoy an unequaled quality of life. Nature, sports, books, trips, music and gastronomy are my passions. After living in different locations and through my experiences traveling I have decided to make my house my way of life, I have been the host of friends and family for more than 20 years in this house, I have been transforming it into a unique place of rest or adventure, you choose what you want to do, cook, rest in front of the fireplace or visit our incomparable places on excursion

Located in the Montgó Natural Park, you can access excursions and walks from the villa. Excursion to the top of Montgó (753 meters altitude): 3.5 hours, medium / high difficulty. Excursion to the Cova Tallada and bath in Las Rotas: 2.5 hours, medium difficulty. Excursion to Los Molinos de Jávea and views of the Bay: 1.3 hours, low difficulty. Excursion to Cabo de San Antonio and swimming in the beach of la Gravá: 3 hours, low difficulty. The villa has all the comforts of your home, different rest areas and terraces both winter and summer. In September 2014 the area suffered a terrifying fire that burned the surroundings of the villa and the previous garden, the area has recovered spectacularly. Javea's old town is only 2 km distance, full of Restaurants and ancient history to visit, plenty of bars and tasty Restaurants, we have here great Restaurants including 2 with Michelin Star not far.
