The Beach House is a detached house is in it’s own private gardens with private pool is situated in the small resort of Illetas with the luxury of direct access to a private sandy beach. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops and on a bus route to neighbouring resorts and the city of Palma. A beautiful house with sea views and a nice mix between the traditional Mallorca style and the most current design style, an ideal place to spend your holidays with family or with friends. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 twin and all with their own bathroom. It has a great open plan kitchen and a large terrace for outside dining with sea views. BBQ, table tennis, wifi and private access to a secluded beach. Here you can enjoy the true Mallorca lifestyle. You will discover the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city of Palma with it’s famous cathedral.
