Property info

The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stays, including all kitchen utensils and a smart TV in case you want to log in your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts. Keep in mind the lower floor is accessible by stairs from the upstairs living room. This could be dangerous for family with young children. We are always available should you need anything. Punta Gaviota is found at the northern tip of Sitges. Walking into town takes 20/30 minutes depending on your speed. The closest beach (beautiful!) is a 5 minutes away, as is the Port d'Aiguadolç with its many restaurants and bars. You can walk all the way to Sitges or use the car that you cna park right in front of the building complex for free. Street parking always available.

Neighborhood info

Punta Gaviota is found at the northern tip of Sitges. Walking into town takes 20/30 minutes depending on your speed. The closest beach (beautiful!) is a 5 minutes away, as is the Port d'Aiguadolç with its many restaurants and bars.
