As soon as you open the door of this bright house, thanks to its south orientation that allows natural light to enter all day, you will find a large living room with open kitchen providing ample space for groups or large families looking for comfort without sacrificing a privileged location a few steps from the beach. A nice terrace is also next to the living room opening onto a quiet street. The decoration is done with great taste in a modern and comfortable style and the lighting is very careful even with dimmers to achieve the ideal atmosphere for any time of day.
