New apartment located in El Matorral, quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Puerto del Rosario. Just 3 km from the airport and 5 km from the capital. In a privileged position to discover the infinite beauties of this wonderful island which extends for 30 km to the north and 80 km to the south from the location of the property. The house consists of 2 rooms equipped with windows with mosquito nets and a ceiling fan. Sheets and towels are included in the price (1 kit per person/stay). Bathroom with bidet, hydromassage shower, hairdryer and soap dispenser. The living area, facing East, consists of a seating area with sofa and 42-inch flat-screen smart TV and dining area with table and chairs. The living area is completed by the kitchen equipped with every comfort such as: dishwasher, washing machine, oven/microwave, ®NESPRESSO capsule coffee maker, fridge/freezer and everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The structure is completed by an exclusively owned outdoor relaxation area with garden furniture and a barbecue corner where you can spend pleasant evenings enjoying the pleasant climate of the Canary Islands.
