This beautiful house is surrounded by an impeccably kept Mediterranean garden where rosebushes, bougainvillea and olive trees bloom. The house lies on a large plot lined with trees and with vineyards. You will enjoy a very privileged situation and a lot of privacy, with barely any neighbors around. The villa is divided into 2 floors connected by an inside staircase. On the upper floor you will find the 2 living and dining rooms and the kitchen. This impressive has large glazed doors which open directly on the garden, the pool and the outside dining area. In a more private wing of the main floor are three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has an elegant en suite bathroom and a dressing. Bedroom #2’s bathroom is in the corridor. Bedroom #3 has an en suite bathroom and a dressing. The two other bedrooms are found on the lower floor, a very tranquil area of the house. These two bedrooms can communicate through a door, so as to create a large family suite. The bathroom of bedroom #4 has a Jacuzzi and a shower with sauna. Bedroom #5 has an en suite bathroom and a large dressing. The main entrance and the garage are also found on this floor.
