This beautiful villa lies in an outstanding location of Calpe, Playa Arenal-Bol, one of the most stunning beaches of the Costa Blanca. It is only 15 minutes away from the charming fishermen´s village of Moraira, known for its spectacular sand beaches and its crystalline water. Its fantastic location at the seafront will allow you to enjoy MAGNIFICENT PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and of the Peñon of Ifach´s Natural Park. The villa has several large terraces decorated with different trees and plants perfect for reading or enjoying a family meal while admiring the sea. Another fantastic area of the house is its large outdoor patio, the ideal place for a siesta in the shade, listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The house is divided into two different floors. The first floor holds 1 bedroom with bathroom en-suite, the second floor holds 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed and bath en-suite all equipped with air-conditioning. The three rooms offer fantastic sea views and the double bedroom on the first floor has direct access to the garden. The kitchen is modern and has direct access to the garden.
