Property info

Beautiful semi-detached house in Son Serra de Marina, a very quiet village in the north of Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing holiday. There is a wonderful terrace and swimming pool, overlooking the crystal clear sea, which is only a few metres away. Inside the house there is a spacious living-dining room with kitchen on the ground floor. A large window leads out onto the terrace, from which you have a marvellous view of the sea. On the upper floor there is a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with marvellous sea views. The whole house is decorated in a very modern style. It is worth mentioning that we have fibre optic high speed internet to enable teleworking (50 MB).

The stunning coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas on the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts surf lovers and adventure sports enthusiasts. It is a small fishing village with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a town library. The nearby beach, about 400 metres long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline water. Within walking distance you will find other natural beaches such as the beach “Son Real” and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”.
