The holiday home has a cosy living room with a TV, fireplace and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and is suitable for 6 people. In the fantastic outdoor area, there is a covered terrace with barbecue for your private use. In addition, there are 2 communal pools (one of them a children's pool), as well as the well-kept, furnished garden, which you share with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes. In this small complex you can spend relaxing holidays in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance and you will also find shopping centres, leisure facilities and water parks in the area. The beach is only 150 m away and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. No parties or events allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Pets are allowed (on request). Please note: Late check-in is possible for an extra fee. Noisy parties, events or gatherings that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.
