It is a spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families of 4 or 5 people. We offer a quiet, pleasant and clean environment; with all the comforts that our guests need to spend a few days of rest just steps from the beach.

The neighborhood is very quiet and familiar. The apartment has an excellent location: ▪️Just 200 meters from the beach. ▪️500 meters from the Pineda de Mar train station. ▪️Free parking 100 meters away. ▪️400 meters from the center of Pineda de Mar. ▪️At the door of the apartment there is a bus stop that will take you to visit the neighboring towns. ▪️Next to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants and cafes.
