WE ARE BACK COMPLETELY REFURBISHED !!!! INTEGRAL REFORM DATE MARCH 2022 Fantastic townhouse in a residential complex to relax and spend the holidays with the whole family! Housing with all services, ideal place for families, completely enclosed with park and swimming pool to enjoy a great summer. Beach and restaurants nearby will make you enjoy a pleasant stay.House semi-detached, has 3 bedrooms, 2 double and one twin plus a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, juice maker, blender, coffee maker, Wifi, flat screen TV and large terrace with sofa, chairs, table. Ground floor: Double bedroom with double bed, bathroom, sofa bed and terrace with outdoor set. First floor: dining room and kitchen. First floor: Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. The house has air conditioning and is fully equipped with (sheets, towels, crockery), etc. ..... The swimming pool is open from 15 June to 30 September (during this period, the pool may be closed occasionally for maintenance work)
