We are Joan, Jaume and Maria-Antonia. Our families (all Mallorcan) have always devoted themselves to fishing and agriculture. We, after a great effort, have reconverted some old houses into beautiful places for our clients. Spectacular elegant and cozy house in the pedestrian center of the town Sa Pobla only 300m from the main square known for its great atmosphere, tapas and local cuisine. Villa Campanile is perfect for a peaceful and cozy stay but at just 11 km from the famous beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa and also very close to the Tramuntana mountains. With place for 10 persons and its spacious and comfortable rooms, the house has all the services you need: pool, solarium, all 5 rooms with Smart TV (two of them with an en-suite bathroom), two independent shower rooms, a big kitchen, dining room, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. As the name of the house already suggests, you have an incredible view on the bell tower of the ancient church of Sant Antoni Abat, from the superior room, which transmits the sensation of the Mediteranean villas as at the Spanish coast, Tuscany, Venice etc.

Neighborhood info

Gastronomy is the great strength of this ancient and cosmopolitan town with its warm welcoming people. We have prepared an area for cyclists, with bike storage, a pump and a small workbench. On Sundays you can enjoy a great agricultural market in the center of the village and on Wednesday it´s special tapas night. In summer time there are free jazz concerts every Thursday night at the town square.
