Квартира после ремонта, чистая, просторная. Весь текстиль новый, новые кондиционеры, водогрей. Утюг, фен, пылесос в наличии. Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Тихо, все окна выходят на бассейн. Нет шума от ресторанов.
Находиться в самом Центре города Альбир, меньше 100 метров до пляжа и супермаркета, рынок по воскресеньям в 150 метрах. Выход на пляж возможен через бассейн, напрямую. Лежаки у бассейна. Натуральный газон, ухоженная территория. Лифт, широкое парковочное место. Бары, рестораны вокруг.
