unique very modern apartment above the atlantic with private 88m2 terrace, calm, yet in the center of the greenest village of the canary islands, ideal for hikers ans nature lovers. fajana sea pools within short distance, island capital in 30 km distance. fully equipped, with all amenities. bathroom, with shower/bathtub modern private kitchen, satellite and smart TV, bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room, washing machine, dryer, hispeed internet (optical fiber, 1GB), pets and smoking allowed. additional discount possible on long-term/seasonal rentals
centrally located yet very quiet (back side), excellent views to mountain and seashore. located in the lushest, greenest and most beautiful area of a palma. ideal for hikers and natur lovers. perfect starting point for excursions to the north coast and all the rest of the island. capital at 30 km distance, huge private terace. la fajana and charco azul sea pools within short distance. shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors etc. next door
