Neighborhood info

Santa Barbara is a peaceful and beautifully presented urbanisation that offers breathtaking views over Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea. It's situated in the opposite side to Vallpineda, a very popular residential area on the outskirts of Sitges, which has 24-hour security, with community sports facilities including a swimming and tennis club. There is a bus line (L1) that connects to Sitges and running every 15min, although the center can also be reached in just 20min on foot. Nearby, there is the small chapel of Santa Barbara, which dates from 1376 and was reconstructed in 1858. It succumbed to pillage in 1936, at the start of the Spanish Civil War, and it wasn't renovated until 2018. There are several walking and hiking trails in the area to explore the natural surroundings of the Garraf Park, via the long distance trail GR-5. At Hello Apartments we will be happy to share our love of the mountains with you and recommend you some routes based on our personal experience. For those who love and understand nature, there is something special in the Garraf Natural Park that you cannot find in any other in Catalonia: the calcareous soil, the underground chasms and potholes, its flora.
