►We have a designated area where the guests can have music and noise and it's the pool table room on the ground floor.
►By law in the garden there cannot be more noise than 65 decibels.
► The property has a private area where the property manager lives, and the private area for the guests, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool. the professional kitchen is shared with the property manager.
► The property’s swimming pool is for the use of guests staying at the Villa Maresme only.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
