THE ROSE is an apartment located in the heart of Sitges on the third floor of a building with an elevator and private parking. It is an apartment with an ideal size, for a maximum of 4 people it has everything you need to have a great vacation. The apartment is on the corner and has 2 very comfortable and spacious terraces to have breakfast, dinner or simply relax reading a book. It has a double room with bunk beds, another room with two double beds of 100x190 convertible into a double of 200X190 with direct access to the terrace overlooking the main street. It has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and with access to a second balcony overlooking the side street. On this balcony there is a washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has air conditioning, TV, sofa and a table and chairs for 4 people. From the living room there is access to the same terrace as the main room. There is also a community pool for the exclusive use of the residents of the building that is accessed from the street. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the Sitges train station.

Located in Sant Crispín neighbourhood, which lies in-between the center and Can Robert. It's a small area of which you will have hardly heard of; right across the main road Passeig Vilanova which crosses Sitges town. To put you in place, the residential complex of El Cortijo is in here (three look-alike 14th-floor high-rise buildings - the highest in all of Sitges). Next to it there is what is known as Oasis, a small shopping arcade with restaurants and a Caprabo supermarket in it. You will mainly find essential shops and offices such as lawyers, computer stores and vets - so you will be missing the fashions boutiques and souvenir shops of more centric streets such as Carrer Sant Francesc, Carrer Jesús or Carrer Major. You will usually find the best priced apartments here because it is an underestimated area, nonetheless, the location is fabulous. Only 600m away from Bassa Rodona beach, almost a straight walk down Avinguda Sofia. You have a tapas bar with live music on Fridays and weekends in the Oasis: the Rock Café, and an excellent mediterranean retsaurant called Xampú (shampoo in catalan). 500m away is the Monbus stop and at a 8min walk is the train station.
