Magnificent 180* views over the marina and just a few stairs away from the port and the main beach promenade with the restaurants and bars. Overlooking the coast from 50m above the sea, positioned on the famous rock with the lighthouse "El Faro" Unique spacious interior with the natural rocks inside, outdoor decking relax area, seaviews from every room. Outside stairs to the apartment, interior stairs to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Aircons and ceiling fans in all rooms. The apartment has 3 big open space areas with seafront veiws. Consists of living room with elevated bedroom lying on the natural rock and elevated wardrobe room; kitchen and dining room with elevated bedroom and workplace with bedroom and elevated bathroom with hot tub. There is also a separate elevated bathroom with shower. All elevated areas are reachable with 2-3 interior steps. Big terrace and decking with launge furniture to enjoy the seaviews with a cocкtail.
