The View is a detached vacation rental property located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote. The View can sleep up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children) with 4 bedrooms (additional 2 single sofa beds) and 4 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/10 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of 25Euros per day. Please contact BeachVillas 7 days before your arrival As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
