Villa Sauade is a luxurious villa situated in one of the few national parks of the balearic islands. In this case on the island of Menorca. Its suited for summer vacation obviously from May - October. The villa is luxuriously equipped. Here are a few examples: - STARLINK wifi - full SONOS music system with 10+ speakers inside and outdoors, - very comprehensive kitchen equipment - water softener - high end gas BBQ - many new custom built in-build furniture and and wardrobes - Own Google Maps Guide with all restaurants, venues and must-sees on the island - Optional: We have two Mercedes ML (1st gen), the only version with 7 seats with airport service. - Optional: Motor boat rental 6m to 21m with 10% discount for villa guests But its equally suited for LONGER STAYS DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, for working remotely, writing a book or spending time away from the city with young kids. The villa is very cosy and at the same time extremely well equipped. It has a heat-pump pool heating and cover, a wifi-controlled pellet oven, electric central heating and an open fire place and a custom build working desk with view on the palm trees and garden. Wifi is suitable for Zoom and TV streaming.

We are a family from Germany, present in Menorca since 30 years. We know the island very well. We also operate a boat and yacht charter company called boatchartermenorca. Guests from the villa get 10% discount on the price of the boat (not fuel, extras, skippers, etc.)

The park is not even 10 minutes drive from the island's capital Mahon - a wonderful historic town situated by the biggest natural habour of the Mediterranean. Interested in art? The famous art gallery HAUSER & WIRTH has opened an their 2nd art center in Europe on an island in the habour. Menorca is by far the most authentic and natural of the 4 balearic islands. Menorca is known for its wonderful beaches and coves, cristal clear mediterranean sea, the "cami de cavalls", a 180km coastal walking, horse and mountain bike trail.
