The Villa is a unique 19th century estate restored with charm, nestled in the valley of Sant Daniel, natural access door to the Gavarres massif and start of hiking trails but also 10-minutes walk from the old town and the city ​​center of Girona. The house can accommodate 10 people; with 5 suites with their own bathroom, common areas. 250sqm for the house and 5000m2 of outdoor spaces. The Tower has an elegant design that combines contemporary elements with rustic touches of the original architecture of the estate. Views of the beautiful surroundings of the Sant Daniel valley, the Benedictine monastery and the cathedral of Girona in the distance.

The house is a 7-minute walk from Girona’s old quarter. It is very easy and convenient to walk to the city center. You can also start nature walks from the house itself. There is also a bus line right in front of the property.
