Both the Standard and Superior villas have been recently refurbished between 2024 and 2025. Please note that the sea views are distant and partial. Also, there are 3 villas without sea views. Please note that the images in the advert are representative of a group of several flats so disposition, views or pool shape could change. However, they all share the same features and amenities. Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or items such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season to enhance the experience without altering the functionality of the villas. Please note that a damage deposit of between 900 euros is required depending on the level of the property booked. Alternatively, a damage deposit waiver (non-refundable) can be taken out to cover any accidental material damage up to the amount of the damage deposit. We hope you have lots of laughs and fun times during your holiday! However, we would be very grateful if you would be careful to keep noise to a minimum during the night hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the entire stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sandy beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends. Just 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming village in the interior of the island, and 18 km from Mahón, the island's capital. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.
