The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the terrace with private pool, outside table and sunbeds. Entering the house there is the living-room, kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob), and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The town has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.
I'm Joan and I manage a boutique Hotel in Pollença old town. I live in the town with my family, my wife, two kids and three cats.
Pollença has many things to do. The old town is plenty of live from March to November, with many restaurants at walking distance from the house. One of the most visited places in Mallorca, the Calvari Steps, is 20 meters from the house. The most beautiful beaches are also 5 minutes driving, in Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença.
