Beautiful house located in Bethlem, metres from the sea, a seaside village. This house is part of a community complex. A house that combines traditional and modern, it consists of 2 floors with a garden and its barbecue where you can enjoy the beautiful views of its surroundings, mountainous landscapes and from its upper terrace you can appreciate the sea views. The first floor has the kitchen, a large dining room with integrated living room, a bathroom with shower, laundry room and a spacious terrace with access to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin (2 single beds) with a full bathroom shared by both rooms. This beautiful house, tastefully decorated, full of life with its handicrafts and decorations, also has a swimming pool which is part of the community complex. Smoking is allowed outside. Air conditioning available 24 hours a day IMPORTANT Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. Tourist tax, VAT and final cleaning included. Events are not allowed. Please note that a local tourist tax is applicable to all stays, as required by local regulations. This tax is charged separately and is not included in the rental price.

Picturesque Betlem is one of the most peaceful villages of the Balearic Islands. The municipality is part of the municipality of Artà and is situated on the coast, at the eastern end of the bay of Alcudia, in the north-eastern part of the island.
