My name is Eva, a dynamic and enterprising person, after twenty years as an economist, in 2016, I decided to buy a house in Ulldemolins, a small town in Priorat at the foot of the Montsant Natural Park, after much effort to reform it and condition it, El Cor del Montsant was opened, two cozy tourist houses. The good demand from customers made me decide to look for more homes to manage tourist use, in a privileged region, where nature, good wines and tranquility are its unmistakable hallmark. And so Eva & Travel Servicios Integrales Turísticos was born, a young company dedicated to the promotion and exploitation of family and sustainable tourism. We have homes of all types, to adapt to the demands of current tourism, from couple getaways, vacations with friends, groups of climbers to groups of 14 people. Cozy triplex apartment located 100 meters from the center. The house is about 120 meters approx and has parking + storage in the same building. The first floor has an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a terrace and a small bathroom. On the second floor are the 3 bedrooms and a sink with a bathtub. The top floor is a wooden loft / sleeping area.

Prades is a town in the Baix Camp region. The town is also known as the Red Villa for the reddish-colored sandstone that characterizes much of its buildings. Its height above sea level (950 m) means that it enjoys an Atlantic climate that has made it a popular summer resort. Winter, however, is cold and snow is present almost every year. With a census of 650 inhabitants, in summer it can see its population increased 6 or 7 times. The Villa was listed as a Property of Cultural Interest (B.I.C.) in 1993, for its historical complex.
