Turismar is a company formed by a team of professionals with great experience in the vacational rental sector and sale and administration of real estate in the Costa Daurada. We practise a policy of transparency and quality oriented to the satisfaction of both client and owner. We have our own maintenance team. Our office is located in La Pineda and our vacational rental area includes La Pineda, Cambrils and the Salou and Cap Salou areas. As a client, you can expect friendly treatment and all the necessary information to guarantee a great stay.

Property info

Cute apartment situated to only 200 meters of the beach and to 25 meters of the principal walk of La Pineda. It’s one of the most spectacular communities of La Pineda with Its wide and various common zones. It has soccer field, basketball court, padel fields, minigolf and very big swimming pool where the kids and adults will enjoy it a lot. In addition a few good looking gardens and very well tended also It has various kid zones where your children will enjoy it. We can find Port Aventura, one of the theme parks with Europa's more renown, and the new Ferrari Land that opens his doors in 2017, to only 6,5 KM from the apartment. The apartment has capacity for 6 persons. It has two double bedrooms and a sofa double bed on the dining room. It has also an American totally equipped kitchen and a complete bath. From the dining room we accede to his wide terrace which you have views to the areas common and to the Port Aventura. In summer season the income and exits are Saturdays.

La Pineda is a village in a perfect ubication where you'll enjoy the beach, go to the theme park Port Aventura, enjoy the great night live in Pacha la Pineda or go in another village like Salou or Tarragona.
