The house consists of 120 square meters plus a private garden. It's located in Prat Xirlo, a calm residential area in Calella de Palafrugell, only 7 minutes away on foot from the beach. A typical Mediterranean-style house, it keeps the air fresh during summer thanks to our garden, the olive and pine trees. In the garden, we also have a chill-out area and a dining table. Please note, during your stay we ask kindly to our guests to please water the plants and flowers once each morning or evening. The house has 2 floors, with 3 private double bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The main room also has a gorgeous terrace with nice views, perfect for sunbathing. First floor consists of an open salon, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. 5GHz WiFi is provided, and streaming platform services (Netflix, HBO and Prime) are included.
We built this house 20 years ago and have lived in it ever since. With the help of my children, we manage and rent it whenever we are abroad or not using it.
Prat Xirlo is a quiet, residential neighborhood that offers a balance of seclusion and convenience. It's situated slightly inland from the more famous and bustling coastal center of Calella de Palafrugell, on the edge of a beautiful Mediterranean pine forest that connects the town to the larger city of Palafrugell
