This beautiful modern villa was completed in 2018 and is just 500 metres (5 minute walk) away from the beautiful Baladrar bay. On entering you'll find an open plan dining, kitchen and living room area with floor to ceiling windows that open out onto a huge south facing terrace, dining area and pool. We love the seamless integration of the interior and exterior terrace, and is perfect for enjoying a private, relaxing holiday. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, each with their own terrace access. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a big wrap around terrace and sea view. An additional bed is provided in the "sotano" (basement) if required. The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, Bora induction hob, 3 wine/beer fridges, island bar, easy access to outdoor dining table. The flat level terrace has a pool surrounded by non-slip tiles, sun loungers for the day and sofas for chilling under the stars at night. There is also a large dining room table and each bedroom terrace has its own seating. For those who want a workout, there is an exercise area discreetly located around the side of the villa.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but: Just 400 metres from the Centro Comercial Pepe la Sal, bank, pharmacy, hairdressers, gym, bars and restaurants, and the Beniconnect Airport shuttle stop. 500 metres from the beautiful Bay of Baladrar, with beach bar and restaurant and the start of the coastal path. 1.7 km from Andrago Bay (cala Andrago), with the Algas Bar, Food Bar, Bar la Cabana and Les Bretonnes Beach restaurant. 3.5 km from the centre of Moraira, with footpath/cycle path all the way.
