Our office is located in a central corner of Pollensa where we can also assist our clients they need anything during their stay. Just minutes from the town centre and also close to the most beautiful beaches in the area, Ull de la Font offers the best of both worlds: tranquillity and convenience. The house has been recently renovated with exquisite taste, preserving its rustic essence while incorporating a contemporary and sophisticated design, in collaboration with renowned local artisans such as Mestre Paco and Viçens. The result is a home that combines the warmth of natural stone and wood with elegant finishes and carefully selected details. The interior features four luxurious bedrooms and three bathrooms, distributed over two floors. Upon entering, a hallway with natural stone leads to a cosy TV room. From here, a staircase gives access to a flexible bedroom — which can be prepared with a double bed or two singles — perfect for those seeking privacy, such as grandparents or visiting couples. On the ground floor there is another double bedroom next to a bathroom with a shower. Further along, a spacious living-dining area opens naturally to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This central space invites relaxation and togetherness, with abundant natural light and views of the patio. On the upper floor is the main suite, with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as another double bedroom (convertible into twin) with access to a private terrace. On this level there is also a third full bathroom with a shower. The exterior of the house is equally impressive. The barbecue area with outdoor kitchen is ideal for enjoying al fresco meals next to the private pool. Days flow between sunbathing, sunset cocktails and dinners under the stars, all in a serene setting with maximum comfort. With capacity for 8 people, the house offers two bedrooms with double beds and two with single beds. It has three bathrooms (two with showers and one with a bath-shower), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Outside, the barbecue-kitchen is where the real holiday feast takes place. The days stretch from relaxing by the pool to early-evening gin and tonics on the terrace to alfresco dining in the warm evenings, all with minimal effort, maximum comfort, and the utmost style. Within a five-minute drive you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença (6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats.
