Feel at home in Valencia! Cozy flat for rent in a convenient location. In the flat there are 2 bedrooms, a spacious hall adjoining the kitchen, a walk-in wardrobe, a balcony and a single bathroom. Total living area is 50 square meters. In the main bedroom there is a queen-sized bed, there is a sofa bed in the other bedroom and in the hall. The apartment is situated in a perfect location for discovering all the sights of the beautiful Valencia. The tube station is just a 5 minute walk away, the seaside in under 15 minutes away and the biggest shopping mall and city's arts and sciences district are within a short reach as well. Right around the corner you have a choice of several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The flat is situated in a quiet safe residential neighborhood and there is always a spot to park your vehicle available. We are happy to welcome you here any time of the year and will be there for you to solve any problems you might have and give tips on the best places and routes in Valencia. You may also opt for a delicious breakfast served to you every morning. We speak Spanish, English and Russian.
Siéntete como en tu propia casa en nuestro Valencian Bed & Breakfast Alquilamos un piso comfortable en Valencia con una ubicación perfecta. En el piso hay dos dormitorios, una sala grande con una cocina americana, un vestidor, un baño, una terrasa. Superficio total 50 m2. En el dormitorio principal hay una cama de tamaño Queen. En el dormitorio pequeño hay un sofá cama y en la sala principal – un sofá cama más grande. El sitio perfecto para conocer las hermosuras de Valencia. En 5 minutos de andar ésta el metro, la playa en 15, el centro comercial mas cercano también en 15 y La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias en 20 minutos. En su disposoción al lado de la casa hay varios supermercados, bares y restaurantses. El piso se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo donde siempre tendreís la posibilidad de aparcar el coche. Estaremos encantados de verles en nuestro BB todo el año, les ayudaremos en caso de dudas o problemas. Les daremos consejos sobre los sitios de interés en Valencia. A petición vuestra les podriamos organizar los desayunos durante todo el tiempo de su estancia. Hablamos español, inglés y ruso.
