IMPORTANT – Please Read Before Booking • Quiet home in a village square, suitable for families and responsible adult guests. • Young party groups, parties, events and late-night gatherings are not accepted. • Families with children are welcome. All adult-only groups must be 25 years or over. • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including children. Only registered guests are permitted to stay. • Guest registration is required by Spanish law. Upon booking, please provide the full names and ages of all guests, the purpose of your stay, and a copy of each guest's ID card or passport before arrival. • For stays of more than 28 days, utility costs (water, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi) are not included, and a security deposit is required. • This is a 17th-century home with several levels and stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. • Children must be supervised at all times. There are no safety barriers around the outdoor stairs or swimming pool. • As this is a historic property with exposed stone walls and wooden beams, a small amount of dust may naturally settle despite thorough cleaning before every stay. • Private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. • Air conditioning and a ceiling fan are provided in the lounge. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. • For security, a camera monitors the entrance only. Alarm sensors are fitted in the hallway and lounge and are active only when the alarm is armed. There are no cameras inside the property and no indoor recording. • No pets. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Marijuana and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. • This is a self-catering holiday home. A small starter supply of essentials is provided; additional items can be purchased locally. Bakeries, supermarkets, and pharmacies are just a short walk away, and Cabrils, known for its great food scene, is just over the hill. La Poma Bikepark and Isla Fantasia Water Park are nearby, while Montmelo and La Roca Village outlet is a 30-minute drive. This is the perfect spot to relax, away from the tourist crowds—ideal for couples and families. Parking: Free public parking is available within a short walk (Can Bus and Can Reig), though availability may vary depending on time and day. Luggage drop-off: Brief stop in the village square is possible to unload bags before parking. Transport: Direct bus to Barcelona -Moventis bus line 805: Just a 5-minute walk from the property, the bus gets you to Barcelona in 30-40 minutes. Closest train station: "Vilassar de Mar" (2 km away). Take the Moventis bus line 803 to reach the station
