“Vela Llatina” is about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach of Binibeca and the famous"Fishing Village", which is very convenient and at the same time means you are in a perfectly peaceful location. The house is situated on the slightly higher part of Binibeca Vell and from its terrace in the first floor you have a wide view over the nice resort to the sea. It is a modern style villa. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with bathroom en suite. Outside the villa has a private pool and the nice solarium terrace located on the first floor which we already mentioned. We recommend to enjoy the sunset from this terrace.

Binibeca Vell is one of the most popular places among the visitors of the island, with its white houses and charming architectural style. It is located on the south coast of Menorca and belongs to the municipality of Sant Lluis, the completely whitewashed Menorcan houses are its hallmark, there are no large hotels, no hustle and bustle.The two most important starting points are the famous "fishing village", which concentrates the infrastructure around itself, restaurants, small shops, supermarkets, also car rental or ice cream parlor, and the pretty beach with its small pine grove. “Vela Llatina” is about a 10-15 minute walk from both points which is very convenient and at the same time means you are in a perfectly peaceful location. The nice beaches of Punta Prima, Binisafua or Es Caló Blanc are all relatively close and can be easily reached following the sea line, by car or even walking.
