My apartment is furnished to a high standard, located on the 3rd floor, featuring marble floor, air conditioning, satellite tv, safe deposit box, security entry system and an internal lift. There is secured parking facilities within the underground car park as well as secure storage facilities. For your convenience and enjoyment there are a selection of dvds, books and games with full WiFi facilities and a Sonos music system The property benefits from a spacious lounge/dining room leading out onto the balcony with beautiful views over the Boquer Mountains. The balcony is also accessible from the large well equipped kitchen/utility room. All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes and double glazed windows which ensures the apartment remains a peaceful retreat from the town. The apartment can provide accommodation for upto 6 people as 1 Double and 2 Twins, 2 Doubles and 1 Twin or 3 Doubles, as well as a family bathroom and the en-suite within the master bedroom that were fully refitted last year ( 2019)
