Villas Marina Rubicon are located in Playa Blanca on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. These detached vacation rental properties have been just been fully renovated with a very tastefull decor, they is air-conditioning and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with a private swimming pool ( heated until 1st May, during the summer months it is not required as the pool is already warm). The outdoor area features a barbacue in a covered porch, where you can spend most of your day dining and enjoying the sun in the confortable sun loungers. The sun hits most part of the day, The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants as the Marina Rubicon it is just 600m walking distance from the property, where there you will find a great variety of restaurants and bars and a shopping center with a supermarket. Bus stop is just over the road if you havent rented a car, but you can just go walking to main center as it isnt far away from the center town.

The properties are located in one of most beautiful areas of Playa Blanca, just 600m from the Marina Rubicón. Every Saturday there is a market in the Marina, with stands of souvenirs, clothes, handcrafted jewellery and much more, so you can miss it. In the same Marina, there are designers multi-branded stores, coffe shops, wine bars and live music.
