With good visibility you can even see the neighboring islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The adjoining small park guarantees you peace and privacy. Nevertheless, the leading restaurants in the area, a supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes on foot. In the 300 m2 private garden you will find a beautiful teak terrace with a small pool and a cozy lounge area. A large awning provides sufficient shade. On another terrace you will find an inviting dining area with an American 6-burner grill.
