The house is located between two beaches and the marina. Popular restaurants in the area are the Bar Playa, Bar Peixoto, A Centoleria, and the Clio Bar which are all frequented by sailors in the area. This location is known for its lush beaches such as Tuia, Lagos, Bon Area, Agrelo, Portomaior. Natural parks such as Cabo Udra or Cabo Home are nearby and are a romantic place to enjoy the sunset.
