The exquisite and finely furnished holiday home Barrac is situated in the picturesque countryside outside of Port de Pollença, a seaside town with scenic beaches and a charming marina. The 120 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The highlight of the property is certainly the wonderful private outdoor area, where you can start the day with breakfast on the open and covered terraces with seating furniture and nice views of the surrounding mountains. You can take swims in the pool surrounded by trees and greenery, while you can enjoy tasty dinners from the brick barbecue and a glass of wine in the evenings. From the home, you can reach supermarkets, shops, cafés and restaurants within 7-10 minutes by car (3-3.5 km), in the centre of Port de Pollença. The nearest sandy beach, with many cafés and restaurants lined up along it, is also located there, a 10-minute drive (4.4 km) from the property. It invites you to swim in the bay and explore the promenade and the marina.
