Then you are in the right place at Villa BEACH & OCEAN! We look forward to welcoming you soon. The modern stylish holiday villa in the best beach location has 186sqm spread over two floors. On the ground floor is an open inviting living and dining area with high ceilings and numerous large windows that create a light-flooded and friendly ambience. The cozy sofas invite you to linger. Modern smart TVs (Internet and satellite with a big variety in different languages) and a music system as well as several Apps and a dvd-player are there for a perfect entertainment. At the large dining table the whole family finds space to dine wonderfully or to have fun with the existing board games. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the kitchen counter invites to long kitchen conversations among friends. There are plenty of seatings and comfortable sun loungers on the terrace waiting for you.
The villa BEACH & OCEAN has been newly renovated and completely refurbished so that you can look forward to a relaxing holiday in a stylish ambience. The villa has been furnished with love and is equipped with attention to detail. You should not miss anything. The beds are really comfortable with good mattresses. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided. To make the children feel at home a selection of games, Lego Duplo, Schleich animals, CDs and books as well as beach toys are available for your kids. We offer you 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs for your babies. It is not far to Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort, Muro, Arta, Pollenca, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. Especially recommended is the traditional weekly market in Arta and the beach bars El Sol and Moomba in Son Serra de Marina. To the airport Palma you need about 55 minutes by car. Son Serra de Marina is very well connected and also accessible by bus. The accommodation itself is also easy to find.
