Located next to the sea, it combines absolutely unique views of the Mediterranean and the Serra de Tramuntana, creating a magical setting at any time of the year. The rocky and pebble beach is just 50 metres away, accessible via a private path, and the outdoor jacuzzi becomes the perfect place to relax while contemplating one of Mallorca's most beautiful landscapes. The villa has two independent zones: Upper floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room and open kitchen. Lower floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort. This property, built by the owning family in an era when there was no road (materials arrived by boat and donkey), retains that authentic and exclusive charm that makes it so special.

Cala Deià is a small rocky cove located on the north-west coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Deià and in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana.
