A stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa set on a beautiful palm-lined street on La Torre Golf Resort. The villa offers comfortable accommodation all on the same level with a heated private pool and a tiled patio area. The pool heating is inclusive from 1st Oct - 30th June. Additional charges apply if guests would like the pool heating from 1st July to 30th Sept. There is also a large roof terrace offering fantastic mountain views to relax in the Spanish sunshine. The property is air conditioned throughout and also benefits from central heating. The villa is located on a quiet corner plot whilst only being a short walk to the town centre where you will find the golf course, bars and restaurants. La Torre is a gated community with security in operation at all entrance points. For those guests hiring a car, the property has a driveway and additional on street parking at the property. * Lounge with two 2 separate sofas * Separate indoor and outdoor dining table/chairs * Three bedrooms (one ensuite) * Separate kitchen including fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave
