The house with air conditioning is divided over two floors and salarium, where you can lie down and enjoy the sun. It has a living room and three bedrooms, a room downstairs and two rooms upstairs one of the bedrooms has a balcony, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening while enjoying the sea view. A bedroom and a toilet downstairs, making it very comfortable. The house has a small garden with stone barbecue. 250 meters from the beach of Cabo Roig (Orihuela Costa), and 50 meters to the rock beach and 2 minutes walk to the Cabo Roig strip, where you can find various restaurants, bars and cafes, in the area you can go cycling, snorkeling and fishing. Groups especially appreciate the location — for stays with several people up to 16 people divided into three houses next to each other. Popular points of interest near the holiday home include Playa La Caleta, Cabo Roig Beach and Aquamarina Beach. The nearest airports are Alicante International Airport, 57 km from the property and Region de Murcia, 47 km from the property.
