Villa Cala Encantada is a unique Mediterranean villa offering four completely independent apartments, each with its own private terrace — so every guest can enjoy full privacy and personal space. The apartments can be rented individually or the entire villa can be booked exclusively for families or groups of friends. The pool and sun terrace are shared, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while still preserving intimacy. From the villa, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the Calpe Bay and the mountains of Marina Alta — a view that makes every sunrise and sunset unforgettable.

The villa is located in a peaceful area just 10 minutes by car from Calpe’s town centre and its crystal-clear sandy beaches. It’s ideal for those who prefer a quieter holiday while staying close to everything. The main road is easily accessible, making the villa a perfect starting point for exploring the Costa Blanca. Only a 15-minute walk away is the breathtaking Mirador de Toix, offering spectacular views from Moraira to Benidorm. In the mornings you can enjoy stunning sunrises, and in the evenings magical sunsets over the coastline.
