This villa with piscine, situated in a quiet rural area, is situated 3km away from Llucmajor city center as well as from the nearest supermarket. This cozy accomodation of 75m²/ 800 meter square, with views to the mountain and to the garden, can host 4 people with its two bedrooms. If you decide to come by car, there is a private parking available for you. All the basic commodities are available: Internet access (Wi-Fi), satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German), 1 TV, heat pump heating, air conditioning, 1 anti-mosquito electrical device, hairdryer. The separate gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. For the garden: garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private pool.

Come and visit Mallorca from Llucmajor town, a medium-size city 35 minutes away from Palma and 21 minutes from the airport by car. In Llucmajor town, which main economy used to come from shoe-making in the last century, you'll find all the amenities you need, and there is a weekly market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays where to find fresh local products and crafts. Llucmajor municipality offers several leisure and cultural activities among which stands out site of "Capocorb vell", the oldest archeologic site and the beaches that are only a few minutes drive away. But you'll find many activities such walking, cycling (the region is fairly flat) or playing golf.
