Villa Can Giovanni is a cosy villa with large relaxing outdoor spaces. A large brick barbecue sits by an attractive swimming pool. The Villa is well situated on the island and the best of what Ibiza has to offer are within easy reach of this property. The villa spans 180 m² over two floors. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor near the living room, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The cooking space opens up to the chill out area, the swimming pool, terrace, garden and the BBQ pit. Two more bedrooms are situated on the upper floor each with a patio balcony and a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are next to a full bathroom with shower on the same floor. The Villa has a private covered parking area with room for up to three cars. The villa has free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Neighborhood info

The villa has several extra benefits including its location in a quiet residential area and a convenient supermarket five minutes away by foot. The airport is only 10 minutes away by car as is Ibiza-town. Only five minutes by car and you are at the famous beach Platja d’en Bossa.
