Overlooking stunning pine forests and only 5 minutes from the beach, Villa Can Jordi is a west-facing villa which is in the perfect position for both the most beautiful beaches on the island and also some of the best restaurants. The style is contemporary and minimalist, with plenty of terraces and living areas to settle into with sundowners. The villa is on a 20,000 sqm (5 acre) plot which affords total privacy whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. The villa has a total of six bedrooms, with four en-suite bathrooms and one family bathroom . All of the bedrooms within the villa can be made into either doubles or twins enabling maximum flexibility. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area to enable either indoor as well at outdoor dining. In the living area there is a flat screen tv with full Sky package. Outside there are many terraces and a large infinity pool which can be gated if there are children. Additionally there is a large gas BBQ, daybeds, loungers and an outdoor sound system. It is child friendly, has large day beds around the pool, two outdoor dining areas, spacious bathrooms and bedroom flexibility with twin or double beds.

The villa is located a 5 minute drive away from Es Cubells which has 4 great restaurants - Ses Boques which is on the beach and fantastic for fish and two authentic Spanish restaurants which are great value. There is also a local, well stocked small supermarket which has most things you need and this is located a 5 minute drive away. We've developed a good relationship with a couple of transport companies who know the villa well and are able to transport people around the island on a day/night out if you don't want to drive, which is important as taxis can be tricky to get hold of July and August. We also have good relationships with car and boat hire companies to take the hassle out of your holiday.
