Things to know: - The outdoor area of the villa is all paved, so may not be the best choice for guests who like a lawn area for children to play. - The house is elevated, so the main entrance and all the exterior terraces are accessed by steps. - Guests need to consider this with toddlers and guests with limited mobility. - Cats: neighbouring cats might visit the outdoor spaces. Beautiful 4 bedroom villa in the old town of Pollença, just 10 minutes walk to the centre. Fantastic outdoor space with a large pool and sun terraces. Can Menut Nou is an outstanding property with a private pool and lovely inside and outside space. The villa is just a short walk to the plaza mayor in Pollença, the perfect spot to have a coffee or enjoy the local atmosphere. A fabulous choice for your holiday in beautiful Pollença with its excellent array of restaurants cafes and bars a short stroll away. Being on the edge of the town of Pollença with views over the Ternelles Valley, yet within an easy ten-minute walk to the centre, Can Menut Nou offers the best of both worlds. The outdoor space has a jacuzzi which is perfect for the cooler months to sit and relax. There is also a lovely private pool and table tennis if you prefer to be a bit more active! The open plan living, dining and kitchen area all open out onto the exterior terraces that surround the entire villa.

The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollença, just a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of the port. Pollensa is a popular destination for painters and artists with a special charm and personality since the beginning of this Century. The market square with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point of this unique village, where the market takes place every Sunday from 8am - 1pm. Throughout the year there are various musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Chrisitians battle which takes place on 2nd August. The town is a great base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. We recommend you climb the 365 steps, one for each day of the year, of the Calvari, from here you have fantastic views of the North of the island and the rooftops of Pollensa. There is a small chapel at the top and a cafe to quench your thirst.
