Villa Ceesito is centraal gelegen en beschikt over uitzicht op twee zwembaden, een speeltuin en een golfterrein. Het appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, TV, airconditioning, volledig uitgeruste keuken en terras. De slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met bedlinnen, kledinghangers en extra dekbedden. De badkamers zijn voorzien van badlinnen, douchehebenodigdheden (shampoo, douchegel, zonnebrandcreme, pijnstillers, pleisters), haardroger, en een weegschaal. Daarnaast is er een volledig uitgeruste keuken (koffie -en theefaciliteiten, oven, magnetron etcetera) en terras aanwezig. Voor het zwembad zijn badlakens, parasol, tassen en een koeltas aanwezig.
De accommodatie ligt op 10 minuten afstand van het centrum . Op 17 minuten loopafstand ligt Playa las Palmeras. Vliegveld luchthaven Murcia ligt op 34 km van de accommodatie. Alle voorzieningen bij deze locatie zijn binnen handbereik.
