Property info

Villa Charlotte is a delightful 3 bedroom villa in a perfect location in Matagorda. You will be a few minutes walk from the sandy Matagorda Beach and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. This villa has a private swimming pool , ping pong table, pool table and homely interiors. What´s more the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen is around 10 minutes drive away. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool (except on July and August) and Wifi are included .

Neighborhood info

The commercial centre across the road is on the main promenade where you will find restaurants with choices for every palate including tapas, typical Canarian and international cooking. At the commercial centre there are gift shops and two supermarkets to pick up those essentials for a day at the beach or villa. This main avenue leads to the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen.
