Recently-built modern-style villa located in the quiet residential area at 500 m of Jesus and at less than 1 km from the beach of Talamanca, on the fenced plot with electric entrance gate. The villa has spacious open-plan living room with dining area, modern open-type kitchen with central island, courtesy toilet and 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. Outside there is 100 sq.m. garage, garden areas, spacious furnished terraces with dining area with big table and portable bbq and with lounge area, 40 sq.m. non-chlorine swimming pool and Gym. It is two-storey-villa of 300 sq.m. On the ground floor there is spacious open-plan living room with big dining table and sitting ear with sofas, connected to the terrace and pool area, modern open-type kitchen with central island, courtesy toilet and two double bedroom with en-suite bathroom each. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms more, with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both have access to the spacious terrace with panoramic view to Dalt Vila and Ibiza-town. The villa is located on the fenced plot with automatic entrance gate, garaje, garden areas, 40 sq.m. swimming pool and Gym.T o guarantee the reservation, half of the amount is required at the time of the reservation by bank transfer. Talamanca Sandy beach with beach bars open all year Municipality: Eivissa Area: Talamanca Distance: 1.8 km from Eivissa This beach is situated next to the port, and separated from it by an isthmus where Botafoc lighthouse is. Talamanca is popular because its chiringuitos (beach bars) are open all year and they organise free sport activities. It is also the only beach in the island with an audio-system ready for the blind. It is an ideal place to have a quiet aperitif, practice yoga or sail. There are several hotels at each end of the beach, but in the centre there are just a few chiringuitos. This beach has wooden walkways that allow the access to the disabled, as well as public toilets and showers. In July and August it is the quietest beach in Ibiza city.
